Our white wines

Emblematic of the estate, the Chardonnays have a strong and distinctive identity. As early as the 1990s, the eminent soil microbiologists, Claude and Lydia Bourguignon, emphasized the relationship between certain sectors of the Côte de Beaune and the prestigious places called "Montaigne and Dolmen". These two superb plots, planted in high density with a clonal selection of magnificent Chardonnays, are real gems.

The limestone soils of the Kimmeridgian, combined with the altitude, are key elements that have allowed the development of these great wines. The vinification and aging are identical in order to reveal the full potential of each plot and reveal two very different wines.

Dolmen

An exceptional wine, Dolmen is characterized by the dominant presence of Chardonnay. This unusual grape variety in the region finds here a terroir conducive to its development.

The calcareous and cool soils give rise to juicy and precise wines, revealing a unique character specific to the calcareous terroir.
